NSK Group is an organization which includes the companies described in the link below. It is an umbrella name used to refer to all these companies, but it is not a holding organization or legal personality.
ROTA ® is registered brand of our company, under which we offer our products to the market. Under the ROTA brand, we are manufacturing steering, suspension, hydraulic and forged products.
Our product range includes tie rod end, ball joint, outer tie rod, inner tie rod, steering cylinder rot, axial tie rod, centre rod, rod-strut stabilizer, axial joint, v stay arm (v-rod), torque rod, repair kit, hydraulic top link, hydraulic steering cylinder, king pin kit, open-die forged parts, closed-die forged parts, machined forged parts, rubber-metal parts for commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors, construction machines and special vehicles.
We are manufacturing our products in our integrated factories which house die-forming, hot metal forging, rubber-metal, production, quality, engineering, R&D, planning, logistics, packaging, and assembly units.
Milestones
Began in 1950 in a 18 m2 workshop, our story today continues with 2 production facility and 3 sales office.
1950
Laid the foundation of NSK Otomotiv at a workshop
1958
Started producing equipment and parts of agricultural vehicles.
1968
Increased its capacity with the building of first campus, currently being the Hot Forging Factory.
1982
Started producing steering and suspension parts.
1993
Received its first Turkish Standards Institute certificate.
1995
First export in its history delivered to Greece.
1997
Certified with ISO-9002 quality certificate.
1998
Established RAN Sınai Mamüller company to carry out sales and marketing of ROTA brand.
2009
Received ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality certificates.
2012
ROTA brand is listed in Tecdoc.
2012
Launched production activities at new campus, currently being the NSK Otomotiv factory.
2013
Received ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 14001) quality certificates.
2014
Brazil Sales & Marketing Office started to introduce ROTA branded products in Brazilian market with warehouse.
2014
The number of export countries has reached up to 100.
2016
Reinforced the production infrastructure with Rubber - Metal factory.
2019
Became Certified Design Center.
2020
Opened the Sales&Marketing Office in the USA.
2021
Expanded the factory area with hydraulics production line.
