New Investments In Line With Industry 4.0
NSK Group has commissioned state-of-the-art tube end forming machine and cylindrical thread rolling machine in order to minimize the potential errors during production process.
Commissioned in the suspension parts production line in August, 2018, tube end forming machine with an increased die handling capacity and die axis is specially designed to have a 500kN load axis force and to integrate with loading / off-loading automation systems. Again commissioned in the tie rod end production line in August, 2018, cylindrical thread rolling bench usable as an alternative equipment in ball calibration processes boosted thread rolling capability from 45 mm diameter to 120 mm diameter.
