Buckling Test

It is conducted for checking out the buckling resistance of the centre rods produced. It is a statically applied test. Load is increased by starting half force of buckling force calculated gradually up to 20% more of the buckling force calculated. At the end of the test, it is necessary for a part not to subject to any plastic deformation. Tests up to 300 kN calculated can be carried out on the products.

Bending Test

It is applied on the ball (joint shaft) and maximum load to be carried by part is calculated. With this test method, material selection design verification is ensured. With the designed coupling part, under-vehicle connection simulation is carried out. At the end of the test, by considering the safety coefficient determined, no cracks, breaks or plastic deformations must occur on the product. Products can be tested up to 300 kN.

Compression Test

It is carried out in order to test the forces at which sheet lids of the tie rod ends will be dislocated. Comparisons according to product diameter and lid shape or customer requests. After test, product closure design and process approvals are obtained. Products can be tested up to 300 kN.

Ball Dislocation Test

It is carried out in order to determine the force at which ball (joint shaft) of tie rod ends will be removed out. Ball is placed in the body of tie rod end and pushing on the ball from the top forcing the ball to remove out the bottom surface of the body. Maximum force applied to remove the ball out is determined as the ball remove-out force. Products can be tested up to 300 kN.

Radial Clearance Test

It is applied in order to determine how long the ball (joint shaft) of tie rod ends moves radially. Generally it is applied to observe the variance in fatigue tests. It is carried out by measuring the distance that ball has travelled in the body axis with push-pull direction forces applied at the body stem section on the tie rod end, which is fixed by its ball cone. Products can be tested up to 300 kN.

Clamping Test

It is applied to test the clamping force strength in the complete rod, v arm and bogie arm products. It allows for the determination of the maximum forces to which pipes with varying thickness and clamps in varying numbers on which clamping is applied. Tests up to 300 kN can be carried out on the products.

Servo Hydraulic, Centre Rod Wearing Test

Complete product is actioned in line with fatigue loads determined by considering its motion under the vehicle. Wearing, Cracks or breaks occurred on the product are checked out. Mechanical conditions to which the product will be exposed during its lifetime are tested. With Servo Hydraulic Test Machine, wearing tests up to 100 kN can be carried out.

Tie Rod End Wearing Test

Results are evaluated with the support of other rod tests and conclusion reports are issued. With Hydraulic Test Machine, wearing tests up to 80 kN can be carried out.

Servo Hydraulic Molecule Fatigue Test

With the help of the Servo cylindrical test appliance, fatigue strength of molecule parts (maintenance parts) contained in the v arm and bogie arm products can be tested. An accelerated test is applied on the products by considering the product lifetime and maximum forces to which it will be exposed during its lifetime. Test is carried out by evaluating wearing and force variances occurred on the part during the test. Tests up to 100 kN can be carried out on the products.

Servo Hydraulic V Stay Arm Torque Rod Lifetime Test

Data about the conditions to which V stay arm and torque rod products will face during its usage in the vehicle are collected and submitted us by our customer. It is carried out by applying the such supplied data on the part. This process is carried out by considering the different forces, displacements and accelerations. Products are assembled to the test appliance as in the under-vehicle connection and data is applied on the part. Test results are evaluated according to customer expectations. This test can be applied on all V stay arms and torque rods.

Molecule Compression Test

It is applied in order to determine molecule (maintenance kit) compression rates used in the V arm and bogie arms. Compression rates in different axis are tested with special appliances, compression rates of the products in different axes are measured and evaluated according to standards or customer requests.

Rubber Adhesion Test

It is a test applied in order to determine the adhesion amount of the rubber with a metal in molecules (maintenance kit) used in V arm and bogie arms. Tension is applied by making connections through slits cut as specified in the standards on the rubber and the highest force value which causes the rubber to separate is taken into account. This test is mainly carried out on maintenance kits as well as on all products where rubber and metal is combined.

Hydraulic Cylinder Leakage Tests

During the production of hydraulic cylinders, in order to detect defects which may occur after machining, welding and assembly operations, hydraulic cylinders are subjected to 100% internal and external high and low  pressure leakage tests.

Hydraulic Cylinder Life Test

Hydraulic cylinders are subjected to life tests in order to complete the validation process. In this context,  We are calculating lifetime of the connection points and sealing components then hydraulic cylinders can operate under continuous load with the operating pressure.
