Ayhan İlhan: “We can make human out of iron”

Ayhan İlhan, the Group Leader of NSK Group Hot Metal Forging Plant” talks about how he has been developing himself for 22 years.  44-years old, father to two daughters, Mr. Ayhan figuratively describes the current status of the company as saying “even we could make human out of iron, too”.
