King Pin Kit

The king pin on a truck  connect the front axle to the steering knuckle, providing the way the wheels turn. The king pin, along with bushings, can withstand a significant  force to keep everything properly aligned.

 

We manufacture our products using high-quality raw materials, bushings, and bearings. All produced products undergo heat treatment for hardening, ensuring a long service life.

HIGH QUALITY STEEL
We manufacture pins from carbon steel and alloy steel such as C45, C50 En8d, SAE 8620, 20 MnCr5.
HARDENING BY HEAT TREATMENT
Pins are hardened by heat treatments for high wear resistance.
EASY ASSEMBLY
Precision machining and low surface roughness help easy assembly of the pin with less labor. It also offer smoothest movement transmission during the period of use.
HIGH QUALITY BUSHINGS AND BEARINGS
High strength bushings and bearings are selected according to the area of use.
LONG PRODUCT LIFE
Quality sealing materials are used to ensure that the product operates with the same performance throughout its lifetime. In this way, unwanted substances are prevented from entering the work area. As a result, the life of the product and the maintenance interval are extended.

Product Liability Insurance

The potential damages that can be incurred by users and third parties during use of the products produced in our factories are secured up to USD 1,000,000 under the coverage of "Product Liability Insurance". 

Product Warranty Agreement

ROTA branded products manufactured for automotive aftermarket are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 24 months. Warranty term varies depending on the vehicle group, details of which are provided in the agreement.
