In the recent years, our company have designed and applied different solutions to a wide range of applications used in suspension systems of heavy-duty vehicles and bus, as well as primary and secondary vibration damping parts used in the agricultural machinery, tractors, cabins, generators, compressors, wind turbines, marine vehicles, train and commuter trains, in particular.
Manufacturing of rubber-metal parts starts with the surface treatments such as metal degreasing, sanding and bonding applications using our state-of-the-art machineries. Then, rubber-metal parts undergo vulcanization process under the predefined pressure, temperature and time parameters, followed by the trimming and marking processes. As the final stage, dimensional and visual checks are applied to make parts ready for packaging and shipping.
