Three Point Linkage (Hitch) System

The three-point linkage system allows the tractor to connect to equipment using top and bottom hooks. The ROTA three-point hitch system enables the driver to make fine adjustments in equipment positioning. We are ready to work on all projects with our complete system solution.

We produce our products using high-quality raw materials, special welding processes, and sterilization systems. All produced products undergo 100% dimensional control and leakage tests, ensuring that our products consistently maintain the same high quality.

HOOK DESIGN

Corrosion Resistance

With fully automatic computer controlled dyeing unit, the part is protected against corrosion during the guarantee period.

Leekage Test

100% leakage test is performed according to ISO 4406 CE 18/15/12 standard.

Sterilization

NAS 9 Level pre-assembly sterilization is applied.

High Quality Tube

High part durability is ensured thanks to the drawn steel tube conforming to EN 10305-1+c H8 standards.

Product Life Test

The connection points and sealing elements of the products are subjected to life tests as that they can operate under continuous load on the tractor.

Special Welding Process

Welds are made with a specially designed process with automatic welding machines.

Lower Lift Arm Hook Design

The locking mechanism of the hook consists of less components than other products on the market. It has an easy locking and unlocking function. The cover of the lock mechanism is weldless and it can be easily repaired thanks to this feature.

Product Liability Insurance

The potential damages that can be incurred by users and third parties during use of the products produced in our factories are secured up to USD 1,000,000 under the coverage of "Product Liability Insurance".

Product Warranty Agreement

ROTA branded products manufactured for automotive aftermarket are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 24 months. Warranty term varies depending on the vehicle group, details of which are provided in the agreement.
