V Stay Arm ( V-rod)

In commercial vehicles, the v stay arm (v-rod) is used to connect the axle to the chassis. As the vehicle moves, uncontrolled movements occur due to road surface, acceleration, and braking. The torque rod helps maintain the position of the axle during these movements.

V stay arms are one of the essential components of the suspension system. We produce our products using high-quality raw materials and automated painting systems. A 100% angle control is performed on the fitting position of all produced products. Additionally, we use “patented snap ring lock” and “patented teflon bearing” technology in these products.

Our v stay arms provide long service life for vehicles operating on the road and off-road conditions, while improving vehicle handling.

Repair Kits are produced according to OEM standards. Tests for new product and mass production are carried out in our own test centre through multi-axial durability testing devices.

PATENTED RING LOCK

Patented “snap ring lock” is the definite solution to the problem of snap ring pull out. ‘Snap ring lock” offers a more effective and longer product life to the suspension parts.

100% TORQUE MEASUREMENT

All products are checked under the torque values as identified by the vehicle manufacturer. It provides function and performance control.

Product Liability Insurance

The potential damages that can be incurred by users and third parties during use of the products produced in our factories are secured up to USD 1,000,000 under the coverage of "Product Liability Insurance".

Product Warranty Agreement

ROTA branded products manufactured for automotive aftermarket are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 24 months. Warranty term varies depending on the vehicle group, details of which are provided in the agreement.
