V Stay Arm ( V-rod)
In commercial vehicles, v stay arms (v-rod) are used to link the axle to the chassis. A portion of the uncontrolled motions resulting from the surface form of the road, acceleration and braking are dampened by the wheels. And large part of these motions are transmitted by torque rod to the axle body. Torque rod helps axle stay in its position laterally, and improves the roadholding of the vehicle.
Torque rod and v stay arm has similar function in the similar vehicle. The triangle torque rod differs from torque rod is by being technologically more advanced and being linked to one joint.
